1. About these terms

These terms apply to health-tracker, a personal application operated by Masayuki Igawa (“the operator”) on his own hardware, and to this website (https://igawa.io/).

2. Who may use health-tracker

health-tracker is a single-user application built and run by the operator for his own use only. It is not offered as a service, it has no sign-up, and no other person is granted a right to use it. It runs on a private home network that is not reachable from the public internet.

3. Data accessed

health-tracker reads the operator’s own health and fitness data from the Google Health API using read-only scopes. See the Privacy Policy for the exact scopes, the purpose of each, and how the data is stored and handled.

4. Not a medical device

health-tracker is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing it displays is medical advice. Its output must not be relied on for any medical decision. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for that.

5. No warranty

health-tracker and this website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness, and may change or discontinue either at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, health-tracker or this website.

Articles on this website are the personal opinions of the author and do not represent the views of any organization he belongs to. See also the Disclaimer.

health-tracker は運用者が自分自身のためだけに作成・運用しているシングルユーザーの アプリケーションです。サービスとして提供しておらず、登録機能も存在せず、 運用者以外に利用する権利を付与していません。インターネットから到達できない 自宅内の閉じたネットワーク上で動作します。

3. 取得するデータ

4. 医療機器ではありません

health-tracker は医療機器ではありません。疾病の診断・治療・予防を行うものではなく、 表示される内容はいずれも医学的助言ではありません。医療上の判断の根拠として 利用してはなりません。医療上の判断については医療専門職にご相談ください。

health-tracker および本サイトは現状有姿で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も 行いません。運用者は可用性・正確性・完全性を保証せず、予告なくいずれも変更・ 提供終了することがあります。

法令上許される範囲において、運用者は health-tracker および本サイトの利用または 利用不能により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
